The Client is one of the main players in mobility and economic, social and sustainable development in Belgium.
In order to improve its processes, a major HR transformation project was launched there. One of the objectives of the latter is to centralize and make HR data reliable in cross-functional tools including SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactor and specific developments.

Mission

As part of the Human Resources Department Transformation Project, the OTW is looking for an SAP HR & Success Factor expert to define the scoping of the SAP SuccessFactor solution implementation project in integration with SAP HR.

Activities

Support the management and the project team in the definition of the business and IT project scope Provide expertise in the definition of an implementation roadmap for SAP SuccessFactor modules Finalize the specifications by integrating the structuring elements relating to the implementation of the SuccessFactor solution and its modules Support the IT team in charge of legacy applications for the definition of a high-level migration plan for legacy applications in SuccessFactor and SAP HR Identification of opportunities and limitations for legacy migration Definition of the As-Is To-Be big picture of the project Perform the retro-analysis of the existing functionalities of the current specific applications Model and write the files relating to the technical-functional analyses Animate, facilitate and document meetings with the various stakeholders (developer, endusers, Participate in the development of solutions in collaboration with the project stakeholders Estimate the impacts and risks related to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.) Important information: Participation in this contract implies a conflict of interest with the future implementation contract of SAP SuccessFactors at the OTW, the successful bidder of this contract will not be able to submit a bid for the latter contract.
