  • We are looking for three Senior Technical Project Managers to manage, independently, a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects with a strong technical, security and transformation component. The projects will be distributed among the selected profiles.

The mission

  • You will take charge of the complete life cycle of projects: scoping, approach plan, scenarios, planning, budget, scope, quality, risks, reporting and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You mobilize teams, arbitrate priorities and ensure clear communication with customers, partners, technical teams, operations and governance.

Desired profile

  • University education or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex technical projects
  • Control of deadlines, budget, scope, quality, risks and governance
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Methodical, autonomous and results-oriented approach
  • Jira and Confluence Mastery; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2
  • Assets: G-Cloud experience, social security, healthcare, or utilities
  • French- or Dutch-speaking with an active knowledge of the other national language

  • Modernization of legacy systems in the L2000 environment
  • Stabilization of the Solaris platforms and exit Tuxedo.

Priority projects

  • FTP to sFTP migration: manage the roadmap, communications with about forty partners, application adaptations and documentation.
  • Authentication modernization: reduce the use of the username/password pair and coordinate changes with stakeholders, by achieving personalized alignments and communications with them.
  • L2000 / Adabas: stabilize and sustain the critical DmfA/Adabas infrastructure, prepare for DB containerization and plan legacy migrations.The L2000 is the storage environment for AFP declarations submitted by employers (DBAdabas).
  • DMFA / Rest: implementation of APIs to expose the Adabas database in a standardized way and modification of the impacted client systems.
  • Platform security and application enablement services: Align practices, structure a roadmap, and track NIS2 risk and compliance.
  • Public Cloud: support onboarding, technological consistency, organizational management and impacts (Google cloud or multi-cloud environment).
  • CI/CD: Strengthen strategic program management and coordination with the architecture.
