As part of the evolution of our business applications, we are looking for a UX Designer capable of designing simple, intuitive and accessible user experiences, in close collaboration with the business, product and development teams.
Missions:
- Analyze user and business needs.
- Designing user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user tests and formulate recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and UX standards .
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts and development teams in an Agile environment.
- Incorporate the framework provided by management, the enterprise architect, or business analysts into the design.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in UX Design on web or business applications.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, listening and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
- Ability to translate complex needs into simple, user-centered solutions.
- Experience in creating personas, user journeys, user flows and prototypes.
- Experience in conducting user tests and writing feedback reports.
- Knowledge of the public sector and employment in particular is an asset.
