Context
- CLIENT manages a Microsoft enterprise portfolio (Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot) and a Digital Workplace ecosystem operated with several external partners. In a context of renewal of the Digital Workplace market, the structuring of Software & Hardware Asset Management and the evolution of the operating model of the I&O department, Client is looking for an expert capable of carrying out these subjects from start to finish, from contractual governance to organisational support.
Missions
- Microsoft Contract Management: Manage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in all its dimensions: true-up, renewal, license optimization (E3/F3, LTSC, Power Platform, Project Online, etc.), positioning vis-à-vis audits, financial monitoring and reporting to management.
- Digital Workplace: Manage the contractual relationship and performance of Digital Workplace partners (SLA, governance, escalations, roadmap), in conjunction with the Digital Workplace Manager and the operational teams.
- Expert: Digital Workplace Services market renewal project – Contribute to the drafting of the specifications, the analysis of the offers, the sourcing strategy and the transition to the new provider(s).
- Expert: SAM/HAM project – Define and implement processes, tooling and governance for software and hardware asset management; Secure license compliance.
- Support/project operating model I&O: Support the reflection on the target organization of the I&O department: process mapping, analysis of flows and roles, organizational impacts, preparation of workshops and management decisions.
Skills
- Mastery of Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and associated contractual mechanisms
- Ability to draft and defend procurement documents (specifications, RFI/RFP, analysis of tenders)
- Enterprise Architect Vision: Ability to Connect Contracts, Processes, Organization, and Technology
- Ease with management and suppliers, sense of negotiation and governance
