Project Manager

The mission involves close coordination between the various stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of information, the rapid identification of roadblocks, the monitoring of technical decisions, the preparation of necessary arbitrations, and the alignment of activities across the different teams involved. The technical project manager will act as a facilitator between business teams, internal technical teams, and service providers, ensuring that technical issues are translated into terms understandable to the steering committees.

The mission will also include a technical support component for the SAP/WBFin platform. The consultant may be required to analyze incidents or technical requests, contribute to their classification, identify the stakeholders to be involved, facilitate communication between the service provider and internal teams, and monitor the resolution of technical issues until their closure. This support will primarily focus on topics requiring a comprehensive understanding of the architecture, integrations, operations, or dependencies with other components of the information system.

In a second stage, and according to the priorities of the ERP Service Centre, the project manager may also intervene on certain projects or work relating to the Soolid/Odoo platform, in particular when these have a dependency with SAP/WBFin or require coordination, cross-functional technical analysis or consistency with other ERP platforms.

Main Activities:

• To assume the role of technical project manager for the SAP/WBFin platform, ensuring the coordination, monitoring and consistency of the technical work carried out on this platform;
• Coordinate technical activities between the service provider, the internal teams of client and other relevant stakeholders;
• Provide second-level technical support on the SAP/WBFin platform, contributing to the analysis, qualification, monitoring and coordination of the resolution of incidents or technical requests.
• Review and challenge technical proposals related to the SAP/WBFin platform; Monitor prerequisites, dependencies, risks, and technical decisions; Ensure the consistency of technical choices with architectural and security standards.
• Prepare the necessary elements for technical arbitrations and steering bodies; Contribute to the documentation, monitoring and traceability of technical decisions; Intervene, at a later stage and according to the priorities of the ERP Service Center, on work relating to the Soolid/Odoo platform when this has a dependency with SAP/WBFin or requires cross-functional coordination or technical analysis.
• The expected deliverables will include, in particular, technical summary notes, minutes of coordination meetings, follow-ups of incidents or complex technical requests, follow-ups of decisions and risks, impact analyses, elements for preparing steering committees, as well as any documentation useful for understanding, tracing and monitoring technical choices relating to the SAP/WBFin platform.

Desired Profile:

• We are looking for an experienced IT project manager capable of assuming the role of technical project lead on a critical and cross-functional ERP platform such as SAP/WBFin.
• The candidate must be able to coordinate work between the service provider, internal technical teams, application managers, and business representatives, while ensuring the technical consistency of the proposals submitted.
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical skills in monitoring prerequisites, dependencies, risks, technical decisions, and necessary trade-offs.
• Knowledge of the SAP environment, ERP architectures, and integration, security, operational, and service continuity challenges is a significant asset.
• Familiarity with the Odoo/Soolid environment is also appreciated, but will be considered later, primarily when projects involve dependencies with SAP/WBFIN or require cross-functional coordination within the ERP Service Center.

Expected Skills:

• Possess knowledge or experience in IT project management.
• Technical knowledge of platforms: ERP, application architecture, integration, operations and technical coordination; knowledge of SAP/WBFin environments is Knowledge of Odoo is desirable and would be an additional asse
• Understanding SOAP (XML, WSDL) and REST API technologies
• Basic network knowledge (DNS, reverse proxy, etc.) and operating systems (Linux/Windows)
• Proven experience in Agile methodology
• Communicate clearly in French both in writing and orally with others, ensuring understanding of the information received and transmitted, whether the interlocutor is technical or professional.
