- you’ll receive complete training to build your product knowledge and learn how to troubleshoot common technical issues. Your Role
• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email
• Help troubleshoot issues with cameras, printers, photocopiers, and other imaging products
• Guide customers through diagnostic steps and provide clear solutions
• Follow up on cases to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Work with colleagues to share knowledge and find solutions Requirements
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English
• Interest in technology, photography, cameras, or printing equipment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Patient, customer-focused, and comfortable using digital tools
• Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but full training is provided What’s Offered
