Our Insurance Transformation Practice supports Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and operational leaders in improving efficiency, implementing new technologies, delivering large-scale transformation programs, and enhancing customer and employee experiences. As a Graduate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on strategic and operational transformation initiatives for leading insurance companies in Belgium. What will you be doing? From day one, you will be part of project teams that support insurers in their transformation journey. Depending on the assignment, you will be involved in:
• Lean Management and operational excellence initiatives.
• Process optimization across underwriting, policy administration, claims management, customer servicing, and other insurance operations.
• Initiatives related to digital customer journeys, claims innovation, operating model redesign, and future insurance platforms.
• Core insurance transformation and policy administration platform renewal programs.
• Supporting Program Management Offices (PMOs) on large transformation initiatives.
• Performing business analysis and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
• Exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI and intelligent automation to improve customer and employee experiences.
• Identifying and implementing AI-driven use cases to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Analyzing operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Preparing workshops, presentations, and project deliverables for senior client stakeholders client stakeholders, including operational leaders, transformation managers, and C-level executives.
• Supporting senior consultants, managers, and partners in the delivery of client engagements.
• Contributing to strategic recommendations that help insurers shape their future operating model. Over time, you will develop expertise in insurance operations, digital transformation, AI, and consulting methodologies, enabling you to grow into roles such as Business Analyst, Transformation Consultant, Project Manager, or Subject Matter Expert within the insurance sector. What do you bring to the table? You are expected to graduate in 2027 with a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. In addition, you demonstrate:
