Our IT department is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Zaventem. In this position, you will ensure that IT services are delivered in line with business expectations, compliance requirements, and operational standards. You oversee service performance, coordinate support partners, and drive continuous improvements across applications, infrastructure, and IT service management processes. What you’ll do IT Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance of applications, infrastructure, and end-user services with corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate IT audits, remediation plans, and risk mitigation activities. Maintain governance controls and IT documentation in collaboration with regional IT and Security teams. Service Delivery & Support Management Manage IT service delivery and support operations, ensuring agreed service levels are achieved. Monitor and improve performance through SLAs, KPIs, and ITSM processes. Act as the escalation point for major incidents and service-related issues. Continuous Improvement & IT Initiatives Drive improvements across applications, infrastructure, and IT service management processes. Coordinate technology initiatives and operational changes to ensure successful adoption and service readiness. Support standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across the IT environment. About you Demonstrable experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support. Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, and service performance management. Experience managing external service providers and driving SLA/KPI performance. Knowledge of IT compliance, security controls, audits, and risk management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in English; French and Dutch.
