• Supporting finance operations across the APAC region.
• Reviewing and administering contract-related financial information.
• Managing invoicing and supporting revenue collection activities.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and information within business systems.
• Preparing and supporting financial reporting and analysis.
• Working closely with colleagues across APAC and the UK to ensure efficient and accurate finance processes.
• Supporting continuous improvement and regional finance initiatives. What we're looking for
• Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or revenue operations environment.
• Experience of invoicing, accounts receivable, collections and financial administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
• Ability to work independently whilst building effective relationships across teams and locations.
• Experience of ERP systems, ideally NetSuite, would be advantageous.
• Experience working within an international or multi-location business would be beneficial. About You You will be a proactive and collaborative individual who takes ownership of your work and enjoys building positive working relationships. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, working across different time zones and finding practical solutions to day-to-day challenges while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications We welcome applications from candidates who are qualified by experience, part-qualified, or fully qualified. Professional finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, HKICPA, CPA or equivalent are advantageous but not essential.
