As part of the continued development of our teams, we are looking for a Sales Manager to support, coach and drive the performance of our real estate agents across Brussels and Brabant Walloon. This is not a traditional Sales Director position. We are looking for a hands-on commercial manager who enjoys being close to the teams, understands performance, knows how to challenge people and, above all, knows how to make others better. YOUR MISSION Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our agents receive the structure, coaching, feedback and follow-up they need to continuously improve their performance. You will act as the operational commercial lead for the teams, while working closely with the Managing Director and our Office Managers. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring individual and team KPIs, pipelines and commercial performance Holding regular individual performance meetings with agents Identifying performance gaps and implementing clear, measurable action plans Leading commercial team meetings across Brussels and Brabant Walloon Coaching agents on prospecting, valuations, mandate acquisition, client follow-up, price adjustments, negotiation and closing Spending a significant part of your time in the field alongside our agents Joining valuations, client meetings and other key commercial moments to observe, coach and provide direct feedback Identifying best practices and sharing them across our different teams Following up on agreed actions and ensuring consistent execution Identifying recurring challenges in the field and providing Management with concrete recommendations to improve our processes, tools, training and commercial approach The Managing Director remains responsible for commercial strategy, major organizational decisions and key HR decisions. Our Office Managers remain responsible for the daily operations and organization of their respective shops. The Sales Manager owns the day-to-day commercial performance and development of our agents. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Above all, we are looking for a commercial manager and a coach. The ideal candidate has: Solid commercial experience Experience in managing or coaching sales teams A strong performance and results-driven mindset Excellent analytical skills and ease with KPIs The ability to give clear, constructive and sometimes challenging feedback Natural leadership without relying on excessive authority Strong discipline and consistency in follow-up A genuine desire to develop people The ability to work with highly autonomous and sometimes very experienced sales professionals A strong field presence and hands-on mentality Trilingual or fully bilingual (French, English and/or Dutch) Previous experience in real estate is an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience in another demanding commercial environment — such as premium services, automotive, recruitment, insurance, banking, SaaS or a similar industry — can be equally relevant. WHAT ARE WE NOT LOOKING FOR? We are not necessarily looking for the best salesperson in the room. We are looking for someone who can make the people in the room better. You need enough commercial credibility to challenge experienced agents, but your success will primarily be measured through the development and performance of the team. We are also not looking for a Sales Director who wants to manage from a distance and focus primarily on strategy. This is an operational role. You will be in the offices, in the meetings and, most importantly, in the field with the agents. HOW WILL SUCCESS BE MEASURED? Your success will be measured through: The consistency and quality of agent follow-up Improvement in key conversion rates Development of underperforming agents Quality and depth of the commercial pipeline Growth in mandate acquisition Improvement in portfolio performance Execution of individual action plans Quality and effectiveness of commercial meetings Development of agents’ commercial skills Overall commercial performance of the teams Ultimately, your role is to create a strong and consistent commercial performance culture, where agents know where they stand, what they can improve and what actions they need to take next.
