Product Development Manager About the job Evonet is an online payment platform serving digital native sellers. About You You're a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You possess a high level of curiosity and are comfortable with ambiguity at the same time. You communicate openly and effectively across different geographies and levels What you’ll do in the role You will build a product that drives best-in-class e2e customer experiences and satisfaction. Develop, implement and manage a strategic product for the business. Facilitate communication with internal developers, development teams and external vendors. Collaborate with the team on optimization strategy. Provide e2e product and project management from requirements, Implementation, production launch and go-to-market plan. Are you a good fit for the role? University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. At least 5 years of professional experience. Experience in product management, product design, development and go-to-market planning. Experience working on customer/user-facing products and driving UX / UI enhancements. Combine an understanding of user requirements with the overall commercial strategy to drive the product and business growth. Proven experience in product development. Drive and persistence to take ownership. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to work well independently and across teams. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Experience in software engineering in any hyper-growth startup environment. Experience in the financial sector.
