Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Department of Chinese Literature for programme-related matters such as programme promotion, student recruitment, timetabling, course registration, and examination arrangement;
• Provide support in student and academic activities such as conference, seminars, workshops, student exchange and internships;
• Prepare meeting documents and take minutes;
• Assist in preparing accreditation documents and various reports;
• Assist in general office administration; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned. Skills And Qualifications
• A bachelor degree or above;
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in tertiary institutions;
• Work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal, administrative and problem-solving skills;
• Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage; and
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
