Introduction Are you ready to take your Salesforce expertise to the next level as a Senior Consultant? We are building a growing Salesforce practice and looking for experienced consultants who thrive on solving complex business problems with technology. Working alongside talented colleagues and world-class clients, you will help shape digital transformations that matter. You will sit at the intersection of business and technology — translating client needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, while contributing to our community of practice and the growth of our team. Your job As a Salesforce Senior Consultant, you bring deep functional and technical knowledge across one or more Salesforce clouds. You guide clients through design and implementation phases, lead workshops, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement. You are the go-to person when the team needs expertise and judgment. You will: Lead functional design sessions and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions Architect end-to-end solutions across one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) Produce high-quality deliverables: solution design documents, configuration specs, test plans, training materials Mentor junior consultants and support their growth within the team Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing Stay current with Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and platform best practices Support internal knowledge-sharing through documentation and community of practice activities Your DNA You are deeply curious about the Salesforce ecosystem and how it can transform businesses You take ownership of your work and consistently deliver high-quality outputs You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiences You enjoy coaching others and sharing knowledge generously You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced project environments Your background Master's degree in a relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM transformation Proven track record across multiple full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations Active Salesforce certifications (e.g. Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, or equivalent) Experience working in Agile project environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in French or Dutch and English Ability to travel occasionally to client sites
