Experience:

Education:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience 🔹 Mission Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Risk & Credits Tribe, supporting the In Life cluster. The team manages lending products, services, applications, and credit-related data systems throughout the credit lifecycle, from client contracting to portfolio risk management. 🔹
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into functional requirements. Conduct impact and scenario analyses and assess dependencies, risks, and costs. Work closely with Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Developers, IT Architects, Process Engineers, and business stakeholders. Analyse API-related requirements and understand integration flows involving COBOL applications, Java APIs, and process-layer configuration. Define acceptance criteria and challenge requirements to identify the best solutions. Support Agile refinement, feature slicing, sprint ceremonies, QAP, and delivery processes. Coordinate functional testing, test planning, UAT, Business Acceptance Testing, and release validations. Support incident analysis and resolution in collaboration with technical teams. Ensure alignment across stakeholders on requirements, timelines, dependencies, and delivery objectives. 🔹 Mandatory Requirements ✅ 3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience ✅ Banking industry experience ✅ Risk & Credits domain knowledge, including end-to-end credit products and processes ✅ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies ✅ Technical affinity with COBOL applications, Java APIs, and process-layer configuration ✅ Experience with requirements gathering, impact analysis, and functional integration flows ✅ Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Ability to influence, negotiate, and develop creative solutions Apply fast
