In our Business Unit, the Business Development Manager is thelocomotive of the sales engine. You own the full cycle across the Belux region:pipeline, client relationships, proposal quality, pricing and deal closure. Youreport directly to the Business Unit and Country Leader Belux, with a dottedline to the VP Sales Europe.

About The Role
The Business Development Manager develops and closes new businessopportunities in the facilities management market, selling at a price thatmeets customer requirements without compromising service quality. You own theend-to-end sales process, lead the RFP cycle, manage client relationships anddrive Business Unit growth across Belgium and Luxembourg. Reports to: Business Unit & CountryLeader Belux, dotted line VP Sales

What you'll do
‒ Own the full sales cycle — frompipeline strategy to signed contract. ‒ Define the Business Unit growthstrategy and target markets in partnership with the BUL and Sales Director. ‒ Own the RFI and RFP process:win strategy, pricing, proposal quality and client presentations. ‒ Negotiate contracts with theCommercial team to secure profitable deals. ‒ Lead and develop the BusinessUnit Sales Coordinator (BUSC) function. ‒ Provide accurate pipelinereporting and ensure governance processes are followed.
What you'll need
‒ Minimum 10 years of proven B2Bsales or business development experience. ‒ Background in facilitiesmanagement is a strong advantage. ‒ Commercial acumen and strongExcel skills for solutioning and pricing. ‒ Proven track record in leadingclient presentations and closing complex deals. ‒ Natural leadership skills; ableto perform under pressure across multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications ‒ Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
