• Test samples and production batches from both factories, and give clear written feedback in English
• Check scent, texture and quality, and flag problems early with a plan to fix them
• Help develop new scents and new products
• Push the factories on quality, timelines and price
• Visit the Guangdong factories when needed
• Send a short weekly written update In your first 30 days
• A written test report on samples from both factories
• The main quality issues, with a fix plan What we are looking for
• Experience at a fragrance house or a beauty brand. Big-brand experience is a strong plus
• A real nose: experience as a perfumer or fragrance evaluator is ideal
• Experience working with factories on quality control or production
• Based in China. Being able to visit factories in Guangdong is a plus
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Reliable and looking for a long-term relationship
• No current work with another body care or men's grooming brand The role
• Part time, remote from China, long term
• Paid well for the right person, based on experience
