We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for planning, executing, and closing projects ensuring compliance with scope, time, quality, and budget constraints, coordinating the team, managing risks, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. 📍

Location:
Remote / Far-site with occasional on-site presence in Brussels. 🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders. Minimum Requirements ✅ Must-Have

Requirements:
• EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent), or (5 years of higher education)
• Minimum of 15 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimum 15 years of specific professional experience as a Project Manager .
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Minimum 10 years of project planning and requirements analysis.
• Minimum 10 years of risk management and mitigation.
• Minimum 10 years of project execution and monitoring.
• Minimum 10 years of quality assurance and testing (QA and testing) .
• English: Minimum B2 level. Technical Expertise
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, and Lean Agile
• Experience with project management software such as JIRA and Microsoft Project
• Experience with collaboration platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint
• Practical knowledge of reporting methods and professional experience in the area of case management and competition policy
• Mandatory Certifications: PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or any other equivalent certifications relevant for the role/position
• Security Clearance: Eligibility and capability for obtaining a personal security clearance on the national level equivalent to EUCI SECRET UE/EU SECRET . 📩 If you meet the requirements and are looking for your next challenge in a European project environment, we would love to hear from you.
