Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai, we also run social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion. Responsibilities Plan and execute of fundraising activities and events; Support in promotion of fundraising events in different channels, e.g. website, social media, printed advertisement, etc.; Produce and mange of digital fundraising platform; Monitor donation channels and handle enquiries from donors; Develop and maintain relationship with existing and potential stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and volunteers; Any ad hoc duties as required. Requirements Possess Bachelor degree or above in Communications, Marketing or business related disciplines; Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferable in marketing, promotions, event management, or fundraising; NGO experience of handling donor/sponsor relationship and soliciting new donors/sponsors is a plus; With proven track records in organizing fundraising programmes and activities; Proficient in design tools such as Canva; Strong organization and interpersonal skills; Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, and Mandarin; Our Retirement Age Is 60.
