• Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote Mission Context The mission will focus on analysing and improving end-to-end Supply Chain processes, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional solutions for SAP and logistics systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Analyse and map end-to-end Supply Chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, order management and logistics.
• Translate business needs and processes into functional requirements for ERP and logistics solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and integration requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses and contribute to solution design and functional validation.
• Work closely with developers, integration specialists, testers and business stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate functional testing activities, including SIT and UAT, test scenarios and defect follow-up.
• Analyse system-to-system data flows and functional integrations.
• Challenge existing requirements and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support the Program Manager throughout the different phases of the Supply Chain transformation. Mandatory
• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain and/or ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with ERP or logistics system implementation and integration projects.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional specification writing.
• Experience documenting functional and technical integration requirements.
• Ability to understand basic data models and system-to-system data flows.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with one or more of the following would be an advantage:
• SAP MM, WM, EWM, SD or PP
• Logistics solutions such as WMS, TMS or OMS
• Supply Chain master data
• Basic SQL
• Power BI
• Warehouse automation
• IoT and logistics devices
• Large-scale transformation programmes
• Multi-site Supply Chain environments Languages
