About The Role
We are an innovative smart mobility and integrated logistics operator, officially licensed to provide specialized services within the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) area. Our service ecosystem encompasses ride-hailing solutions, medium-sized passenger bus transportation, and airport-specific cargo logistics (serving restaurants, retail stores, and construction projects). As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a highly articulate, strategic, and results-driven professional to bridge the gap between commercial growth and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Tendering: Lead and drive the end-to-end tender process. You will be responsible for drafting, proofreading, and refining professional tender proposals and business contracts in English to secure new projects and partnerships. Operations Liaison & Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between the Business Development team and the Operations team. You will ensure that business requirements are seamlessly translated into operational plans and that the operations team is fully aligned with client expectations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, ground handlers, retailers, and F&B groups within the airport precinct. Performance Monitoring: Work closely with the operations team to track service performance, identify bottlenecks, and feed insights back into the business strategy to optimize service efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all business initiatives, commercial agreements, and tender submissions strictly comply with HKIA safety regulations, airport bylaws, and statutory requirements. Requirements Education Level Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation/Hospitality Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Experience Level Manager Level: Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or project management. A proven track record in successful tender writing and project delivery is highly preferred. Assistant Manager Level: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Qualifications:
Experience in airport operations or passenger mobility services is a definite advantage. Language & Core Competencies Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of written and spoken English is mandatory. Must be fully capable of drafting complex business proposals, tender documents, and high-level correspondence with minimal supervision. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a strong asset for local stakeholder communication. Interpersonal
