Chong Hing Bank Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 1948. The Bank and its subsidiaries (including Chong Hing Securities Limited and Chong Hing Insurance Company Limited) offer comprehensive commercial banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers. These services include HKD and foreign currency deposits, credit, foreign exchange, wealth management, investment, securities, insurance and mandatory provident fund. The Bank currently operates a network of more than 30 branches in Hong Kong as well as 1 branch in Macau, 17 branches and sub-branches in Mainland China. In recent years, the Bank has been actively expanding its business. To cope with the Bank's rapid growth, we are now inviting high calibre candidates to join us and develop successful careers with us.
Responsibilities
Liaise with users to collect requirements, conduct analysis and design on core bank related system enhancement
Perform feasibility study and recommend business solutions to team leader
Develop / modify application programs in accordance with user requirements
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as technical teams, business users and vendors to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Oversee system implementation including systems, documents, system configuration, test execution, issue identification and resolution
Support and maintain the system in adherence to the Bank's SDLC guideline
Provide 7 x 24 system support and problem solving when necessary
Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments
Requirements
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years' experience in system development, experience in core banking system or knowledge in T24 is preferred
Solid programming experience in C/C++, C#, Java and Linux, shell script
Sound knowledge in SDLC and experience in Project Management
Independent and able to work under pressure
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Systems Analyst
