• Business Analysis: Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, BABOK, IEEE 29148, BPMN, and UML.
• Requirements & Documentation: Experience preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, state diagrams, ERDs, process flows, and gap analysis documentation.
• Modelling & Wireframing Tools: Experience with Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN/UML modelling tools, Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Project Management Tools: Good knowledge of Jira, GitLab, Confluence, and SharePoint, including backlog management, epics, and user stories.
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP, and familiarity with ITIL.
• Technical Understanding: Knowledge of information systems, software architecture, system integration, and software development processes. Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and Angular would be an advantage. Interested? Apply now at jobs@phoenix-tech.eu
