-Approx. 5 years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation or HR operations. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Dutch-speaking. -Experience with reporting tools, data visualization and process optimization. -Interest in automation, digital solutions and AI. -A proactive, service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
