Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in San Juan. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, manage inbound and outbound lead generation activities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. This role includes conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs in areas such as customs, medical reimbursement, and federal tax recovery, and clearly articulating RSK’s solutions and value proposition. The Business Development Representative will collaborate closely with sales leadership and operational teams to develop opportunities, prepare proposals, and support closing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing performance reports, and participating in team meetings and ongoing sales training. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to manage pipelines and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills to nurture prospects, support deal closure, and meet revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex recovery programs clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in B2B services, financial recovery, healthcare, or tax-related industries is beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and structured processes are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in San Juan, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
