Founded in 2009, the firm is led by Mr. John Hu, a registered Australian Migration Agent and Licensed New Zealand Immigration Adviser committed to delivering high-quality, tailored migration solutions. The company works with a network of experienced registered immigration consultants, chartered accountants, attorneys, and property and tax managers across key global destinations. This multidisciplinary approach enables comprehensive support for clients’ migration, investment, and settlement needs. The firm also shares migration insights and updates through its YouTube channel, expanding access to reliable information for prospective clients.
Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with a mix of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Immigration Consultant (High-Net-Worth Clients) will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and families, providing end-to-end advisory services on investment and business migration pathways to multiple destination countries. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client profiles, recommending suitable migration schemes, preparing and reviewing application documents, coordinating with overseas partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations. The role involves conducting consultations, explaining complex migration requirements in clear terms, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular updates and proactive communication. The consultant will also support business development by contributing to marketing initiatives, client seminars, and online content, and by staying current on global immigration policy changes relevant to high-net-worth clients.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in immigration consulting or related professional services, preferably with high-net-worth or investment migration clients.
• In-depth understanding of investment, business, and skilled migration programs for major destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, the UK, and Europe.
• Excellent client advisory skills, including the ability to interpret complex regulations, present tailored solutions, and manage expectations professionally.
• Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly beneficial.
• High level of attention to detail and organization for managing documentation, timelines, and multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and overseas professional partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related discipline; relevant professional registrations or licenses are an advantage.
