Assistent Store Manager Lacoste Brussels

Your role As Assistant Store Manager, you play a key role in the daily management and commercial success of the boutique. Working closely with the Store Manager, you take an active leadership role on the sales floor, supporting and guiding a team of approximately 12 colleagues. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading by example through an active presence on the sales floor.
• Coaching, motivating and developing team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Driving commercial performance through KPIs, conversion, productivity and customer engagement.
• Ensuring a consistent premium customer experience, even during peak trading periods.
• Supporting daily store operations, team organisation and operational standards.
• Taking responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager is absent.
• Contributing to the continuous development of the team and overall store performance. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who brings both experience and genuine enthusiasm for retail leadership. Ideally, you have:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within fashion retail, preferably in the premium segment.
• Experience working in a busy retail environment with significant customer traffic.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and coordinate a team.
• A strong commercial mindset and confidence in working with retail KPIs.
• A hands-on leadership style, with a genuine passion for being present on the sales floor.
• The ability to combine excellent customer service with efficient store operations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is essential for this position.
