* As part of the growth of SII Group Belgium , we are strengthening our Sales team and are looking for a Business Manager to join our Engineering Business Unit . In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Belgium by combining business development, recruitment, and team management . Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Revolve Around Two Main Areas
- Business Development : Manage and grow a client portfolio within the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, driving business growth and profitability.
- (Prospecting new clients, developing customer relationships, identifying and qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong partnerships with key accounts.)
- Recruitment & Team Management : Contribute to the recruitment strategy, participate in candidate sourcing and interviews, and support the career development and follow-up of your consultants. WHY JOIN US?

- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken
- Initial experience in business development and recruitment within the engineering sector
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
