Our client is seeking a Talent Data Operations Specialist to drive evidence-based decision-making through high-quality reporting and analytics. The project involves translating complex business needs into measurable KPIs while maintaining and improving self-service data products within a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver reliable recurring and ad hoc talent reporting by translating business needs into data requirements and measurable KPIs.
- Conduct actionable analysis of workforce data to interpret results and communicate insights in a concise, decision-oriented format.
- Define data variables, calculation logic, and user stories while acting as the data counterpart for stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Develop and maintain self-service analytics products with a focus on data quality, user experience, and automation.
- Perform gap analysis across the data landscape to support data architecture, lineage, and flow between systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to migrate or re-engineer existing solutions into modern analytics platforms. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- You have 8+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, specifically utilizing Power BI for data modeling and dashboard development.
- You bring extensive experience in data preparation and transformation, including the maintenance and migration of R-based solutions.
- You possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft Fabric lakehouse-based analytics environment.
- You have demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
- You're proactive and service-oriented with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and prioritize project work.
- You are fluent in English. Nice to Haves
- Working knowledge of DAX and SQL.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Snowflake, or Denodo.
