Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all traffic-related products have clearly defined requirements and standards. Translate the product vision into a product roadmap.
- Identify tasks, dependencies, and risks; develop and track them in a product roadmap.
- Report progress to stakeholders: status, issues, bottlenecks, risks, and proposed alternatives/mitigations; document decisions and actions (“decision log”).
- Establish and maintain quality management plans to ensure project results meet required standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., end-users) and external partners (e.g., regions, mobility departments, technology and camera suppliers) to ensure the success of various projects.
- Document information in a structured manner to facilitate knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT projects, preferably within the public sector.
- Experience with project tracking and knowledge management systems (JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluency in French or Dutch, with a strong passive knowledge of the other language. Soft

- Strong analytical skills to translate feedback into concrete actions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support various stakeholders substantively.
- A self-starter with a critical perspective.
- Ability to quickly switch between different topics and adapt to changing priorities.
