* To support the continued growth of the Maintenance business in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, Krones FBL is looking for a Dutch speaking (f/m/x) INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER 'MAINTENANCE' *Purpose of the Role* : The Project Manager Maintenance is responsible for the successful execution of maintenance and service contracts across a portfolio of industrial customers equipped with Krones' technologies. In this role, you oversee the full lifecycle of maintenance projects, ensuring efficient delivery, profitability, compliance with contractual obligations, and high customer satisfaction. Acting as the central point of coordination between customers, technical teams and internal stakeholders, you combine project management, customer relationship management and commercial awareness. You proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery, develop additional service offerings and contribute to the continued growth of the Krones FBL Maintenance business. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. *What awaits you?*
- As Project Manager Maintenance, you will manage a portfolio of maintenance and service projects for industrial customers operating Krones equipment;
• You will structure and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risk management;
- You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and a deep understanding of their operational needs;
- You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee smooth project execution and service delivery;
- You will monitor project performance, costs and profitability, taking corrective actions whenever necessary;
- You will identify new customer needs and proactively propose value-added services and maintenance solutions;
- You will prepare project reports, facilitate meetings and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle;
- You will ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual commitments and internal quality requirements;
- You will contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives and help strengthen service excellence within the Maintenance department;
- After a comprehensive onboarding period, you will work from our headquarters in Louvain-la Neuve with the possibility of home office, combined with customer visits when required. *You contribute with:*
- You hold a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent through experience in a technical, industrial or engineering-related field;
- You have experience managing technical projects, service activities or maintenance operations in an industrial environment;
- You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing projects from planning through execution;
- You have strong customer orientation and enjoy building long-term professional relationships;
- You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach;
- You show initiative, take ownership and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and business development;
- You are able to navigate both technical and commercial discussions with confidence;
- You communicate effectively with customers, technicians, management and support functions;
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English. German is considered an asset. *Environment & Context:*
- As Project Manager Maintenance, your time is divided between customer visits, home office and a regular presence at the Krones office in Louvain-la-Neuve;
- Regular travel to customer sites is part of the role;
- Full-time contract;
