🎯 Your Mission
Join a strategic transformation program focused on the modernization, migration and implementation of critical business applications.
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will lead complex application projects from assessment and planning through implementation, integration, testing and go-live. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams while ensuring business continuity and successful adoption of new solutions.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end application migration and implementation projects
✅ Manage application modernization and transformation initiatives
✅ Coordinate business, IT, architecture, infrastructure and vendor teams
✅ Define project roadmaps, delivery plans and migration strategies
✅ Manage risks, dependencies, budgets and project governance
✅ Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT, integration testing) and cutover activities
✅ Ensure seamless integration between systems, platforms and third-party solutions
✅ Drive stakeholder engagement up to senior management level
✅ Support change management, adoption and operational readiness

✔ 10+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
✔ Proven experience delivering application implementation, migration and transformation projects
✔ Strong understanding of enterprise applications and system integration landscapes
✔ Experience managing software deployments, migrations, upgrades or platform replacements
✔ Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders effectively
✔ Experience coordinating multiple suppliers and delivery partners
✔ Strong expertise in governance, planning, budgeting and risk management
✔ Excellent communication skills with exposure to Director and Executive-level stakeholders
✔ Autonomous, delivery-oriented and hands-on mindset
