Mission Overview:
The Business Analyst consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions for a client in the financial sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s Transformation Office.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver instant payments products, collaborating with various tribes and business lines from requirements to IT solution design and go-live support.
- Work closely with the product owner and IT squads to ensure delivery of features aligned with the roadmap and business objectives.
- Serve as the point of contact for features, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and challenging assumptions for optimal outcomes.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for IT and operations teams.
- Organize and lead meetings/workshops with stakeholders, including local Cash Management, product architects, IT, Operations, and serve as liaison to the business community.
- Dutch: is a plus
- French: strong written and spoken communication skills
- English: strong written and spoken communication skills
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in SEPA / Instant payments analysis or projects, regulatory initiatives
- Not applicable
- Occasional travel to Paris (2 times per year)
- Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods, good expertise in MS Office, good understanding of IT and testing
- Preferable: Good knowledge of agile way of working
