End-to-end ownership: you’ll run a portfolio of large-scale web, PIM and DAM projects, from kick-off to go-live and beyond, the agile way, with Scrum as your default. Bridge the gap: you translate business needs into user stories and work closely with developers to make sure the solution actually fits, without needing to dive into the code yourself. Be a trusted advisor: you think along with clients on CMS, PIM and integration choices, and you tell them what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. Stay sharp: marketing automation, analytics and customer data platforms might come up around the edges, but your core focus stays on delivering the big implementation projects. Grow the relationship: you use your commercial instinct to spot opportunities that strengthen the long-term partnership.-
