Your Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering custom MECOMS 365 projects and implementing MECOMS 365 for customers worldwide. This includes efficient planning, stakeholder management, risk and change management, and completing projects with a strong focus on value creation. Your performance, combined with the use of our project methodology and tools, ensures streamlined delivery and excellent results.
Your profile:
- At least 4 years of experience managing large software projects (3,000+ MD)
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into project actions
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver clear messages and manage challenging conversations
- Confident in managing project administration and engaging with customers and subcontractors
- Skilled at bridging business and IT and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Structured, analytical, and able to build trust quickly through a professional and reliable approach
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus
- Flexible and willing to travel within Belgium and Europe
