The CER Project Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and monitoring the entire implementation process of the CER (Critical Entities Resilience) legislation within us. The aim of the position is to ensure that we complys with legal obligations regarding the resilience of critical entities in a timely and demonstrable manner, and that the necessary organizational, technical, and operational measures are implemented to safeguard the continuity of essential services.
Knowledge:
- Experience with project and program management.
- Insight into risk management, business continuity management, and crisis management.
- Knowledge of compliance and governance processes.
- Affinity with infrastructure, operational processes, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to connect multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical skills and risk-oriented.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with an eye for legislative and organizational requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, compliance, risk management, business continuity, security, or a similar domain.
- Experience with organization-wide change projects is a strong asset.
