Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen a multidisciplinary team responsible for a critical mobile application used by field personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner and functional point of contact for users and stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business and functional requirements.
- Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN.
- Coordinate impact analyses involving legal, security, and technical aspects.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams and suppliers.
- Bridge the gap between business, technical, and security teams.
- Support change management through training, documentation, communication, and second-line support.
- Prioritise requirements and contribute to product vision and continuous improvement.
- Report progress and key topics to the Program Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
- Strong skills in business analysis and business process modelling.
- Experience with BPMN, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Strong customer and product-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in a public-sector or complex organisational environment is an advantage.
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Brussels, Belgium
- Start: 14 September 2026
- Duration: Until 31 December 2026, renewable
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week on-site, depending on team needs.
