Mission.
Lead regulatory projects from scoping to implementation, incl. impact assessments and roadmaps Translate regulatory requirements into business and IT requirements Adapt life insurance products, processes and documentation to regulatory requirements Coordinate Business, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial and IT stakeholders Monitor deadlines, risks and delivery; prepare dashboards and governance documentation Support audits, inspections and post-implementation reviewsRequired profile.
Proven Project Management experience within Life Insurance or Financial Services, including complex regulatory environments Strong knowledge of life insurance products Good understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks, particularly FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines Languages: fluent French, professional English Nice to have: Dutch, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification, ESG and AML regulatory topics, commercial and distribution projects in Life Insurance-
