ING Be is seeking a seasoned Head QA Compliance to lead monitoring of the end-to-end Compliance Control Framework in Belgium. You will manage a 6-person team in Belgium and oversee 15 in the Hubs (Warsaw & Manila), with oversight of Luxembourg activities, reporting to the Head of Compliance ING Belgium.
You will define monitoring strategy, supervise daily work, coach staff, and ensure timely completion within budget, while communicating remediation actions clearly to stakeholders.
