Business Analyst – Payments
Employment: Permanent
Salary: €60,000–€65,000 gross per year
Level: Mid-Level

Location: Brussels
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on transformation and change projects within the Payments domain. You will work between business and technology teams, analysing requirements and processes and supporting the delivery of new and improved payment solutions.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Analyse AS-IS and TO-BE payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
Support payment transformation, migration and regulatory change projects.
Facilitate workshops with business, technology and operational stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Support testing, UAT and implementation activities.
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and development teams.
Experience
3–6 years' experience as a Business Analyst , ideally within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of payments , such as SEPA, instant payments, payment processing, cards or payment platforms.
Experience working on transformation/change projects.
Agile/Scrum experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ISO 20022, PSD2/PSD3, payment migrations or regulatory programmes would be advantageous.
