Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business analysis and solution design within a capital markets and investment banking environment. The role focuses on subscription-related processes and requires close collaboration with architects, designers, and stakeholders across multiple business and technology domains.
You will translate business needs into clear functional specifications, help shape target processes and data models, and ensure that proposed solutions are feasible, consistent across systems, and aligned with the wider architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, challenge, analyse, and document business requirements related to subscription processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and artefacts, including FR, HLSR, and SBIA documentation.
- Work closely with architects and designers to define target process flows and data models.
- Validate solution feasibility and alignment with the existing and target architecture.
- Contribute to functional design decisions across subscription, party, and wider business domains.
- Ensure functional consistency across connected systems, including CMD, eSubscription, Inquiry, and related platforms.
- Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout the analysis and design process.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of relevant business analysis experience.
- Strong business analysis expertise within capital markets or investment banking.
- Demonstrated experience analysing subscription-related business processes.
- Ability to elicit and challenge requirements and convert them into precise functional specifications.
- Experience supporting solution design, target flows, and data modelling in collaboration with architecture and design teams.
- Strong understanding of cross-system dependencies and the ability to maintain consistency across business and technology domains.
