pHello everyone /ppWe are currently looking for a bSenior Back-end Software Engineer /b (Java / Spring Boot) to join our team. /ph3About us /h3pWe are an IT Consulting Group providing innovative digital solutions across Europe. /ppLearn more: /ph3The project /h3pJoin an international project focused on the design, development and maintenance of secure, scalable back-end applications and APIs for a major European organisation. /ppYou will contribute to the development of Java-based solutions, implementation of business logic, integration with external services and optimisation of database performance. The role also involves API security, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments and collaboration with international teams. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliMaster's degree or equivalent (EQF Level 7) + 5 years of IT experience; OR Bachelor's degree (EQF Level 6) + 7 years of IT experience; OR secondary education + 12 years of IT experience. /liliMinimum 3 years of professional experience in IT systems within the Mobility/Transport and/or Energy sectors. /liliEnglish B2 or higher, both written and spoken. /lili5+ years of professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle or MySQL) and containerisation technologies, particularly Docker. /liliStrong knowledge of back-end application architecture, business logic and scalable software design. /liliExperience designing, developing and documenting REST APIs, ideally using OpenAPI/Swagger. /liliKnowledge of database performance optimisation, query design and indexing. /liliExperience integrating back-end applications with front-end components and external services. /liliKnowledge of API security, including input validation, authentication, authorisation, token management and access control. /liliExperience with automated unit and integration testing. /liliKnowledge of CI/CD practices and pipelines. /liliExperience with Docker and fundamentals of cloud deployments, serverless technologies and managed Kubernetes. /liliKnowledge of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3What
