I. /b /ppYou’ll work closely with internal stakeholdersand external stakeholders (such as external counsels), acting as a trustedadvisor in areas such as bcommercial contracts, distribution law, corporatehousekeeping, real estate, antitrust compliance, /b /ph3What you´ll do /h3ulliDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of bcommercialagreements in a B2B and B2C /b environment, across Benelux and France; /liliManage bcorporate housekeeping /b matters in Benelux, consultingwith external legal advisors; /liliProvide legal support onb real estate /bissues, includinglease, purchase and facility agreements; /liliContribute to bdispute resolution /b and assist with briskmitigation strategies; /b /liliEmbraceb legal innovation /befforts, including AI-driven legaltools and digital legal platforms; /lilibCollaborate cross-functionally /b withdepartments like HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, and bwork together /bwith external counsels ifnecessary; /liliBe a bstrategic partner /b to the business, offeringinitiative-taking and practical legal guidance. /li /ulh3What makes you a good fit /h3ullibExperience /b:Minimum 5 years in corporate law and commercial contracts – ideally in across-border or international context; /lilibLanguages /b: Fluent in bEnglish /b, with strongproficiency in bFrench /band bDutch /b; /lilibSkills /b: Deep understanding of corporategovernance and contract law, with the ability to translate complex legalissues into actionable and pragmatic business advice; /lilibMindset /b: Tech-savvy, curious, innovative andsolution-oriented.
