ppAn ambitious bHealthTech SaaS startup /b is looking for a bSenior Application Developer /b to join its core engineering team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands-on software development with product thinking and progressively grow into a bChief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) /b position. /p pFrom day one, you will work directly with the founders, contributing to the technical direction of the product while helping shape the future of the company. As the business continues to scale, the objective is for this role to evolve into full ownership of both the product and technology strategy. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and maintain production-grade software. /li liBuild end-to-end product features with a strong focus on user experience. /li liContribute to architecture and technical decision-making. /li liWork closely with founders on product vision and roadmap. /li liIntegrate AI capabilities into the platform where relevant. /li liReview code and promote engineering best practices. /li liCollaborate with a small, highly experienced product and engineering team. /li liProgressively take ownership of the product and technology organisation. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul li4-10 years of software development experience. /li liStrong experience building modern web applications. /li liProduct-minded with an entrepreneurial mindset. /li liComfortable taking ownership from idea to production. /li liExperience with AI tools or AI-assisted development is a strong advantage. /li liPrevious startup or scale-up experience is highly valued. /li liFrench is mandatory. /li liBased in Belgium or willing to work in Belgium. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liTypeScript /li liReact /li liNode.js / NestJS /li liGo /li liExperience building AI-powered SaaS products /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liA genuine long-term growth path towards bChief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) /b. /li liDirect collaboration with the founders and real influence on company strategy. /li liEquity/stock options. /li liHybrid working model. /li liThe opportunity to build a product with meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. /li /ul /p
