We're looking for a senior developer and tech lead to build a scalable business platform with .NET and Azure. You'll work with AI agents that write, test and refactor code, while retaining control over architecture, security and quality.
What you'll do
- Develop scalable applications with .NET and Azure.
- Turn business and domain questions into technical analyses and specifications.
- Review code produced by developers and AI agents.
- Coach developers on technical decisions and implementation.
What you bring
- Strong .NET and C# application development experience.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud infrastructure.
- DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker and containerisation.
- Knowledge of frontend development with Angular.
- AI coding tools used on real projects, with critical assessment of generated code.
- Technical leadership experience covering code reviews, coaching and technical analysis.
- Ability to solve complex problems and stay focused under pressure.
- Independent working, knowledge sharing and a proactive approach to improvements.

Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
- Marten for event sourcing and document-oriented data in .NET.
- GraphQL API design and optimisation.
- PostgreSQL, document databases and SQL.
- RabbitMQ and MassTransit for message-based systems and event-driven architecture.
- Practical Domain-Driven Design (DDD) experience for scalable, structured applications.
- Elasticsearch for search and data analysis.
- AZ-204 and AZ-400 certifications.
