Will you be our new Claims Specialist (50%)? In this role, you'll be responsible for independently managing both simple and complex claims cases for cars and trucks. As the first point of contact for insurance brokers, you'll guide them through the entire process. You have strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and build solid relationships, both internally and externally. You will independently manage both simple and complex claims files for cars and trucks;
You will serve as the primary point of contact for insurance brokers and guide them through the entire claims processing procedure;
You assess the damage and decide whether to engage an internal or external expert;
You closely monitor the claims, including recourse options and further follow-up on the claims;
You are able to take swift action, shift priorities, and maintain a clear overview;
You take the initiative and proactively discuss how to best contribute;
You work closely with colleagues in the Claims, Underwriting, Prevention, and Finance departments;
You actively contribute ideas regarding teamwork and potential improvements.

Is decisive, works meticulously and in a structured manner, and thrives in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks;
Is a true team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed;
Builds strong internal and external relationships through a communicative and customer-focused approach;
A master's degree in Law or a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in auto claims handling;
A good knowledge of traffic regulations;
An interest in cars, trucks, or damage to vehicles is a plus;
Fluent in Dutch and French;
Knowledge of English and/or German is considered an additional advantage;
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
