🚀 We're Hiring: Scrum Master Expert | Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
📍 Location: Brussels
Are you an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile coaching capabilities with delivery ownership? We are looking for a seasoned professional to guide cross-functional teams, drive Agile excellence, and ensure successful delivery within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Act as Delivery Owner across multiple squads and manage cross-team dependencies
✅ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
✅ Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
✅ Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions
✅ Monitor team capacity, velocity, risks, and delivery progress
✅ Support backlog management, Definition of Done, and Sprint execution
✅ Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization
✅ Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment
What We're Looking For
✔️ 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
✔️ Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
✔️ Strong experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple dependencies
✔️ Experience coordinating multicultural and cross-functional teams
✔️ Knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools
✔️ Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing automation, CI/CD, and project delivery practices
✔️ Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
✔️ Fluent English and at least one local language (French or Dutch)
