- Proactively sourcing and approaching potential candidates
- Conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from first contact to offer
- Working closely with Business Managers to understand current and future business needs
- Developing a strong understanding of our markets, clients and consulting activities
- Building and maintaining a strong network of talents
- Identifying profiles that can create new business opportunities and support our growth
- Contributing to our recruitment strategy, employer branding and talent initiatives Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who enjoys recruitment but also has a genuine interest in business. You are curious, proactive and comfortable interacting with different people. You like understanding what drives a business, identifying opportunities and finding the right people to make things happen.
- You have a Master's degree , a first professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a people-oriented business is a plus
