Who we are Haemers Technologies is a Belgian cleantech company and a global leader in thermal soil remediation. From our headquarters in Brussels (Neder-over-Heembeek) and our production and R&D center in Nivelles, we design, manufacture and operate our proprietary In-Situ and Ex-Situ Thermal Desorption systems — including our patented Smart Burners technology — to decontaminate polluted soils on project sites across four continents. Everything we deploy in the field is engineered and industrialized in-house: from fabrication and assembly in our workshops to commissioning and supervision on site. The role As Technical Operations & Supply Chain Manager, you take end-to-end ownership of our industrial operations: you lead the teams that turn our engineering designs into reliable, field-ready remediation systems — produced in our workshops (including the custom jobsite parts for each project), planned and scheduled to match project timelines, sourced efficiently, and delivered on time to project sites worldwide. You also have direct managerial responsibility for our Project/Site Supervisors, the field leaders we deploy to prepare, install, commission, operate and dismantle our systems on projects. You report directly to the COO and play a key role in scaling up our production as the company grows internationally. You will be able to count on the hands-on support of the current leader, who will gradually step back and transfer his responsibilities to you, ensuring a smooth transition. Responsibilities You are in charge of our headquarters shopfloors in Neder-over-Heembeek & Nivelles, of the supply chain (procurement, planning and logistics teams), and of the technical profiles executing and supervising the work both on the shopfloors and on our project sites. The Project/Site Supervisors report directly to you. In practice, this means: Manufacturing & workshop operations

- Ensure equipment is produced on time, on budget and to specification for deployment on project sites in Belgium and abroad
- Review and challenge the quality of technical work; set quality standards and drive root-cause resolution of non-conformities
- Enforce health, safety and environmental rules on the shopfloors and ensure regulatory compliance of equipment and installations Supply chain
- Lead and structure the procurement, planning and logistics teams
- Define the sourcing strategy: supplier selection and negotiation, framework agreements, supplier performance and risk management
- Own the planning process: align workshop capacity, material availability and project schedules together with the project and engineering teams
- Organize national and international logistics — including the shipment of heavy industrial equipment to remediation sites — and keep inventory levels under control Site supervision & worldwide project execution
- Lead, coach and develop the Project/Site Supervisors as their direct manager; recruit and onboard supervisors, set objectives, conduct performance reviews and support their technical and leadership development
- Plan and allocate supervisors to projects worldwide according to project schedules, technical requirements, language, experience and availability; ensure mission readiness and continuity
- Oversee the supervisors’ contribution across the full site lifecycle — preparation and shipment, installation, commissioning, treatment follow-up, dismantling and site inventory — while holding them accountable for safe, high-quality and efficient execution
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering and HSE to define priorities, clarify roles and milestones, monitor site progress and resolve operational or resource issues
- Ensure consistent field reporting, client-facing professionalism and compliance with legal, HSE and internal procedures; turn site feedback, incidents and lessons learned into improvements in equipment, methods and training People & leadership
- Lead, coach and develop the technical profiles working on the shopfloors and on our project sites (technicians, Project/Site Supervisors and team leaders), creating a strong and coordinated technical community across workshop and field operations
- Recruit and onboard new team members, set objectives and conduct performance reviews
- Act as the bridge between the workshop, supply chain, engineering and project teams Continuous improvement & industrialization
- Industrialize our innovative and evolving product range: design-to-manufacturing handover, standardization, technical documentation and process reliability
