Responsibilities:
/h3ulliSupport management and the project team in defining the project scope for both business and IT. /liliProvide expertise in developing a roadmap for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules. /liliFinalize the specifications document by integrating key elements related to the implementation of the SuccessFactors solution and its modules. /liliAssist the IT team responsible for legacy applications in defining a high-level migration plan for legacy applications into SuccessFactors and SAP HR. /liliIdentify opportunities and limitations for migrating legacy systems. /liliDefine the big picture of the project from As-Is to To-Be. /liliConduct a retrospective analysis of existing functionalities of current specific applications. /liliModel and draft documents related to technical-functional analyses. /liliFacilitate and document meetings with various stakeholders (developers, end-users, local management). /liliParticipate in the development of solutions in collaboration with project stakeholders. /liliEstimate impacts and risks related to the decommissioning of existing applications (historical data, functionalities, etc.). /li /ulbr/h3Requirements: /h3ulliThe candidate must possess the required skills and experience. /liliFluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential. /liliThe candidate must be flexible and may need to travel to various business units. /li /ulbr/pAt Keystone Solutions, we pride ourselves on our consultancy nature, focusing on on-site work and the consultant identity.
