Senior Project Manager – OT Cybersecurity

pOur client, a leading technical services provider, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their operational technology cybersecurity division. The project involves leading industrial security transformations from initial analysis to final delivery across various regional sites. /p ul liLead OT cybersecurity projects for industrial clients from analysis and design to implementation. /li liManage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, specialists, and external partners. /li liOversee project scope, planning, budget, risks, and resource management. /li liServe as the central point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate security initiatives including network segmentation, secure remote access, and asset management. /li liSupport clients in implementing cybersecurity strategies according to industrial standards. /li liCoach engineers and project staff to ensure quality and compliance throughout the delivery process. /li /ul ul li8+ years of experience in project management within industrial automation and networking. /li liDeep knowledge of industrial systems including bPLC /b, bSCADA /b, and bDCS /b. /li liExtensive experience in managing complex industrial projects and budget control. /li liStrong understanding of bOT /b environments and bIT/OT /b convergence. /li liBachelor or Master degree in bAutomation /b, bElectromechanics /b, bCybersecurity /b, or equivalent. /li liProactive leadership skills with a structured and client-oriented approach. /li liPossession of a valid driving license B and willingness to travel regionally. /li liYou are fluent in bDutch /b and bEnglish /b. /li /ul h3Nice to Haves /h3 ul liKnowledge of bIEC 62443 /b and bNIS2 /b standards. /li liExperience with bnetwork segmentation /b, bfirewalls /b, or bremote access /b. /li liBackground in bcybersecurity assessments /b or baudits /b. /li liWillingness to travel internationally occasionally. /li liKnowledge of bFrench /b. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b 26/10/2026 /li libDuration: /b until 31/12/2026 /lilibWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Onsite /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul
